We collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal information about you, which we have grouped together as follows:

Information you give us. We obtain certain information when you provide it to us directly.

• When you submit the Contact Us form, you may provide contact information.
• When you download the Policy Framework PDF, you may provide your name and email.
• When you subscribe to News & Updates, you may provide your email address.

• Respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact Us form and route them to the appropriate CPPC team (policy, media, or partnerships);

CPPC will only share the Contact Information you provide as described in this Privacy Policy, or with your express permission. We do not sell your Contact Information to third parties.

We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us, and any such transmission is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third parties' circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Website.

We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under the age of 13, except as permitted by law. Any person who visits the Website represents that they are 13 years of age or older. If we become aware that we have collected Contact Information from someone under 13, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.

CPPC may use, or allow third-party service providers (such as HubSpot) to use, cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Website, understand how it is used, and support functions such as form submissions and content personalization.

CPPC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion. Updates will be reflected on this page, along with the date of the most recent revision shown at the top. Non-material changes and clarifications take effect immediately; material changes take effect within 30 days of posting. If you do not agree with a change to this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Website.

Where language elsewhere on the Website conflicts with this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information CPPC holds about you, including the right to:

CPPC processes personal information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating the coalition, responding to inquiries, and advancing our advocacy mission, provided this does not override your individual rights and interests. Where we rely on your consent — for example, to send email updates or newsletters — you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Data retention. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, including any applicable legal, advocacy-record, or reporting requirements.
